With hands-on experience in precision installation, he ensures every window treatment is fitted flawlessly and functions perfectly. Behind the scenes, Sterling also leads our technology systems, streamlining software, automation, and operations to keep the business running efficiently. His technical expertise and problem-solving mindset strengthen both our field work and our internal processes.
